These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the commercial or licence terms for the Kaelox platform, which are set out in a separate agreement.

Alpha status

Kaelox is described here as MVP alpha. Capability descriptions reflect the current internal build at the date this page was last updated — evaluation context, not certified claims. Where an assessment has not started, this site says so. The IEC 62443 assessment has not been performed by an external assessor; we target Security Level 2 and give the documented reason on the architecture page.

Illustrative data

All lot identifiers, process parameters, readings and timestamps shown in the simulations are illustrative and contain no customer data. Figures are internally consistent and arithmetically checked; they demonstrate engine behaviour rather than reporting a real production run.

No implementation authority

Nothing here authorises Kaelox to implement changes to a customer’s systems. The role in every engagement described is advisory and evidentiary — verification and evidence generation, not decision-making and not implementation — unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise. Where the platform seals a record and provides a digest to a receiving party, the disposition decision remains that party’s.
