These terms govern your use of this website (kaelox.ai). They are not the commercial or license terms for the Kaelox platform itself — those are set out in a separate order form and master services agreement executed directly with a customer or partner.

Alpha status

Kaelox is described on this site as an Alpha-stage platform. Figures, capability descriptions, and status statements (for example, current suite-check counts, requirements traced, and certification status) reflect the current internal build at the date this page was last updated, and are provided for evaluation context — not as certified claims. Where a certification (such as IEC 62443 SL2) is in progress or not yet started, this site states that status explicitly rather than implying completion.

No implementation authority

Nothing on this site, and no engagement described here (Shadow Audit, shadow-mode pilot, practice-build conversation, or otherwise), authorizes Kaelox to implement changes to a customer's or partner's systems. Kaelox's role in every engagement described on this site is advisory and evidentiary — verification and evidence generation, not decision-making or implementation — unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise.

Kaelox™ is a trademark of Sustwinability LLC. The mechanisms described on this site are patent pending. Content on this site may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without written permission.

No warranty on this site's content
