This policy covers the Kaelox marketing website (kaelox.ai) — how we handle information from a visitor browsing this site or submitting a form. It does not cover production data processed by the Kaelox platform itself once deployed at a customer facility; that is governed separately by each customer's order form and Data Processing Agreement, and is subject to Kaelox's zero-egress architecture (see below).
What we collect on this website
- Form submissions — name, work email, company, and the configuration you select, when you request a spec, apply for a Shadow Audit, or reserve a research briefing.
- Website analytics — page views, referral source, and general session behavior, only if you accept analytics cookies. Off by default.
- Cookie identifiers — see our Cookie Policy for the specific cookies in use and how to control them.
What we never collect here
This website never receives production data, process parameters, sensor readings, or any facility-specific information from a live Kaelox deployment. Zero production data ever leaves a customer facility, under any circumstance — this is an architectural property of the platform, not a policy promise, and applies regardless of what happens on this marketing site.
How we use what we collect
- To respond to a spec request, Shadow Audit application, partner inquiry, or briefing request.
- To understand which pages and segment paths are useful, so we can improve them.
- We do not sell visitor data. We do not share it with third parties except the analytics processors disclosed in our Cookie Policy, and only if you've opted in.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR in the EU/UK and applicable US state privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the information we hold about you, and to withdraw analytics consent at any time via Cookie Preferences in the footer.
